MCP Server

Ask AI assistants questions about your Deck workspace and get answers grounded in themes, insights, transcripts, NPS, and build context.

Details

  • The MCP Server brings Deck’s customer feedback into the AI tools where product thinking already happens. Instead of copying quotes into a prompt, teams can ask an assistant to investigate real themes, insights, transcripts, NPS responses, and build context.

  • Connect an MCP-compatible client, authenticate with Deck, and choose the organization you want to query. The tools are scoped through Deck access controls, so assistants can retrieve grounded context without getting unrestricted write access to customer data.

How this release fits the Deck workflow

Deck’s MCP tools cover the product workflow from discovery through delivery. Assistants can query feedback, themes, subthemes, insights, NPS, segments, opportunities, Initiatives, and Projects, then use approved Build actions when the team wants to turn evidence into structured work.

The server is designed for source-grounded answers. Results point back to Deck records and customer evidence, which lets users inspect the context behind a summary instead of trusting an unsupported model response. Organization scoping and browser authentication keep access aligned with the same permissions used in Deck.

Teams can therefore use AI in planning conversations while keeping the underlying customer evidence reviewable by everyone.
