@Deck what should we build next quarter?

I Improve your Product from SlackPrioritize, Spec and Ship Without Leaving the Conversation

Improve Your Product

Know What to Build Next, Mid-Conversation

Ask in any thread. I rank problems across customer feedback, your company's goals and competitor reviews, and show why the top one matters, so the debate ends with a decision.

From Thread to Shipped Work

01

A Project, Written for You

Ask me to turn an opportunity into a Project. I write the Overview, attach the evidence and set the Success Metrics once a Deck admin approves.

02

Synced with Linear and Jira

I link the Project to your Linear project or Jira epic, so status and owner stay in sync while the evidence stays in Deck.

03

Ready for your Coding Agent

Point Claude Code, Cursor or Codex at the Project. It reads the evidence and Success Metrics over Deck MCP, then builds the right thing.

Know if It Worked, Then Go Again

See What Changed After Launch

Ask whether a Project moved the metric. I answer from your saved metrics and the feedback that arrived since it shipped.

Answers From your Product, Not Just Feedback

Connect PostHog and GitHub and I answer usage questions too: who uses a feature, how often, and where it lives in your product.

Competitor Moves, Turned Into Bets

Ask what changed with your competitors. I read their customers' reviews and point to the opportunity worth taking.

I don't reply

Admin-only settings, such as competitor check-ins and feature toggles, need a Deck admin too.

01

Every Answer Has Receipts

Every recommendation shows its evidence: insight counts, goals, impact score and the customers behind it, with a link to the full case in Deck.

02

Nothing Changes Without Approval

I can create opportunities and Projects, edit specs and link Linear or Jira, but a Deck admin approves each change in the thread first.

03

Safe in Shared Workspaces

I only answer people in your workspace. Guests, Slack Connect and shared channels are refused, and admin-only actions need a Deck admin.

Up and Running in Two Minutes

A Deck admin adds me to Slack, you invite me to a channel with /invite @Deck, and your team starts improving the product from the conversation. Included on Starter and up, and works on every Slack plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

The same as Deck Intelligence in the app: rank what to build next, explain the evidence behind it, create and edit opportunities and Projects, link Linear projects and Jira epics, and answer from your saved metrics, product analytics and competitor reviews. Anything that changes Deck needs approval in the thread.

Yes. On Slack's free plan, Deck counts toward the workspace's 10-app limit.

A Deck admin, from Settings, Integrations. If your Slack workspace requires app approval, Slack asks a workspace admin to approve it first.

Anyone in your Slack workspace. People without a Deck account can ask, and anything that changes Deck needs a Deck admin to approve it in the thread. Guests, Slack Connect users and externally shared channels are refused.

Only when you mention @Deck, send it a DM, use /deck, or reply in a thread it is already part of. It does not answer other messages in a channel.

No. The Slack integration imports customer messages into Deck as feedback. Deck for Slack answers your team's questions. You can use either or both.

Starter, Business and Enterprise. It isn't on the Free plan; a Free admin can upgrade from the app to add it. Questions in Slack use the same AI credits as Deck Intelligence in the app.
