Generate customer evidence to back your projects, add success metrics, tie to initiatives, and the best part: every new piece of customer feedback coming into Deck will be checked whether it was related to your Project. Create standalone Projects or link them to Initiatives, then track owner, status, start date, target date, segment, evidence count, and recent activity from a dense Projects ledger.
Each Project includes an Overview, Evidence, and Success Metrics workspace. Evidence can stay backed by explicit insight links and generated evidence stories, so teams can inspect the customer quotes and source context behind the plan.
Projects can connect to Linear Projects or Jira Epics. Deck stores the external link and syncs provider-owned metadata while preserving Deck-owned evidence sections, related insights, generated stories, and provenance.
Every project functionality is also available in the MCP and API. You can generate evidence, create projects from opportunities, and all other functionality through chat agents.

How this release fits the Deck workflow

Projects are the handoff point between discovery and delivery. They let product teams carry the customer problem, supporting quotes, related insights, planning context, and measurable success criteria into the same artifact used to coordinate execution.

Because new feedback is checked against active and completed Projects, the evidence can continue changing after launch. Teams can compare the outcome against success metrics, see whether the original problem is improving, and catch new customer signals without reopening a separate research project.
